Information we receive and why

The form sends your name, a description of your enquiry, your service interest, language and preferred reply method. It includes either your email address or your WhatsApp number, according to your choice, not both. We use this information to review and answer your enquiry. We also receive messages you send directly by email or through the external chat.

Share only what is necessary. Do not send diagnoses, medical reports, court documents, identification numbers or sensitive information about other people. Enquiries are reviewed personally; the quick-answer panel does not make decisions about you.

Where the GDPR applies, we process enquiries about a possible commission to take pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b)). General enquiries and secure website operation rely on legitimate interests in communication and maintaining the service (Article 6(1)(f)). Optional loading of hCaptcha is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

You can contact us by email without activating hCaptcha or using chat. Choosing a contact method does not mean agreeing to advertising. You can withdraw consent by writing to us; this does not affect earlier lawful processing. Access to the external chat and its cookies is also subject to the information and choices shown by tawk.to.

Retention and international processing

We keep enquiries while handling them and for as long as necessary for follow-up. If a service is agreed, some data may be retained to meet legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. This website does not store drafts, and there is no automated deletion schedule for correspondence in the mailbox; you may request erasure where applicable.

MODELA SpA has its company address in Chile. The listed providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and India. Their linked policies describe processing locations and the transfer mechanisms they state they use. You may request information about recipients and safeguards relevant to your enquiry at the contact email address.

Your rights and how to exercise them

Subject to applicable law and its conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. Send your request to spellcottage@gmail.com.

You may also complain to the competent data protection authority; under the GDPR, this may be the authority in your habitual place of residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. We will only request information necessary to verify your identity when needed.

Local tools, cookies and advertising

Quick answers use predefined text within your browser; they are not sent to an AI service. Notes in “Your intention page” are not transmitted or stored by the site: you can download them to your device. This version contains no advertising analytics, tracking pixels or payment forms. External services may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you activate them.
