Understanding the situation comes first
Before discussing candles, plants or symbols, I need to understand how you describe the situation, what you have already tried and what you hope to change. You do not need esoteric experience or special vocabulary. Write in your own words. If another kind of help would be more appropriate, I will say so openly.
What makes the preparation individual
Within my practice I select the materials and ceremonial sequence in relation to the purpose. Consecration, wording of an intention and the rhythm of the work form part of that preparation. There is no single formula suited to every person, so I do not recommend choosing a ritual solely by its name.
Your role in everyday life
Symbolic work may accompany your intention, while lasting progress also asks for decisions and concrete actions: beginning a conversation, researching options, organizing a project or setting a boundary. Ritual does not replace these steps. You should understand what is proposed and how you may take part.
When a situation is complicated
Some cases involve several concerns at once. Rather than promise immediate results, I prefer to consider which issue can be addressed first. After reading your message, I can explain what I believe my spiritual practice can offer—and what it cannot.
How to begin
The first step is always to write about your situation and what you hope to explore. Mara reads your message personally and replies by email or WhatsApp, according to your preference. If a guidance conversation is needed, it may be suggested after reviewing your case.

Do I need previous experience with ritual work?
No. You can write with curiosity or uncertainty. Describe what is happening so we can decide whether a spiritual approach makes sense for you.
Can I immediately book a free call?
Not as the first step. Please send your written description. Mara may subsequently offer a free 30-minute guidance conversation if she believes it would be helpful.
Tell me what is happening and what you are seeking. The first assessment begins with your message.
This is spiritual support, not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice when such support is needed.
